Alterdot v.1.8.0 released
Alterdot v.1.8.0 released Upgrading to Alterdot v1.8.0 is mandatory, there are about 7 days left before the next hard fork. This version restarts Masternodes, InstantSend, Development Fund payments and the Blockchain Domain Name System, old Bitcreds versions do not re-activate them. Alterdot v1.8.0 is one of the main updates in this transition to a better, safer codebase. Masternode owners should upgrade right away, extended instructions will be coming for setup. This is a period of rapid change.
New Miner Released
Builds for the external miner have just been released and they can be downloaded from https://github.com/Bitcreds/cpuminer-opt-kudaraidee/releases/tag/v1.0.0 This miner will allow you to start pool mining right away on https://poolmine.xyz/ Please note that mining on Linux will offer better hashrates for most processors. Also Ryzen CPUs mining on Windows with the AVX2 optimization will most probably get no advantage over non-AVX2, but this only affects Windows. On Linux everything works as expected with increases of up to 30% in hashrates for the AVX2 versions.
Bitcreds v1.7.1 re-released for Windows
